Field Workers

myTil is looking for reliable, confident and motivated individuals to help small and medium-sized businesses adopt myTil's business management platform.

Field workers will visit SMEs, demonstrate myTil, explain its benefits, assist business owners with getting started and support adoption of the platform.

We recruit in small batches of field workers. Fieldwork areas are assigned by the recruitment manager.

Key responsibilities

• Visit shops, salons, restaurants, wholesalers and other SMEs.
• Introduce business owners to myTil.
• Demonstrate sales, expense, inventory and business-performance features.
• Help interested businesses understand registration and subscription options.
• Support onboarding and basic product orientation.
• Follow up with businesses using approved communication methods.
• Record field visits, demonstrations, leads and onboarding progress.
• Submit accurate activity reports.
• Meet reasonable, agreed fieldwork and performance targets.
• Protect customer information and represent MYTIL professionally.

What we are looking for

• Good verbal and written communication.
• Confidence speaking with business owners.
• Willingness to undertake fieldwork.
• Basic smartphone and internet literacy.
• Reliability, honesty and willingness to learn.
• Sales, marketing, customer service or field experience is an advantage but not necessarily mandatory.
• Ability to explain technology in simple language.

Pay

This is a fixed-salary role, not commission-only. The salary is agreed in writing at the offer stage
