🚨 WE’RE HIRING: FREELANCE FIELD SCOUTS

📍 Locations: Kabwe, Kitwe, Livingstone and Chipata

💼 Engagement: Freelance / Performance-Based

💰 Earning Potential: Up to K2,000 per week

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated and results-driven Field Scouts to support our growing operations in Kabwe and Chipata.

About the Role

As a Freelance Field Scout, your main responsibility will be to identify, approach and recruit potential clients/drivers, introduce them to our platform and support them through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients/drivers within your assigned area.
• Promote and clearly explain our platform, services and benefits.
• Generate quality leads and referrals.
• Assist interested clients with registration and onboarding.
• Follow up with leads to ensure they complete the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and successful registrations.
• Submit regular updates on field activities and recruitment results.
• Represent the company professionally while working in the field.
• Work towards agreed weekly recruitment targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident approaching and speaking to new people.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Good knowledge of Kabwe, Kitwe, Livingstone or Chipata and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Access to a smartphone and WhatsApp.
• Previous experience in field sales, marketing, recruitment or customer acquisition is an advantage, but not essential.

💰 Earnings

This is a performance-based freelance opportunity, giving you the flexibility to determine how much you earn based on your results.

🔥 High-performing scouts can earn more than K5,000 per week.

The more successful clients/drivers you bring onboard, the greater your earning potential.
