Farm Supervisor

Wholesome Produce, a growing start-up farm, is seeking to recruit a dedicated and experienced Farm Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day farm operations and support the achievement of production targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in Agriculture or a related field.
• At least three (3) years of practical experience in farm operations.
• Demonstrated hands-on approach to farm management.
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in broiler production.
• Proven ability to supervise, motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in organic farming will be an added advantage.
