Facility Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant (1)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring and evaluation of project activities at health facilities.
• Collect, compile, and report program data to track progress against targets.
• Support data quality assurance activities and ensure accurate and complete reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Help analyze performance data and identify gaps in service delivery.

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant Grade 12 School Certificate
• Relevant Diploma, Degree, or Professional Qualification for the position applied for
• Valid registration and practising licence with the relevant professional body (where applicable)
• Relevant work experience as specified for the position
• Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and computer skills
• ZAQA-verified academic qualifications will be an added advantage
