High-Volume Bulk Excavation: Handle massive earthmoving volumes—deep basements, large building pads, road cuttings, and stockpile re-handling that would take a TLB 5x longer to complete.
360° Swing Precision: Continuously manage the machine's full rotation to load trucks from any angle, without needing to reposition the machine as frequently as a TLB's fixed rear-arm would require.
Deep-Depth & Long-Reach Digging: Excavate to significantly greater depths (often 5–8 meters) and reach further outward than a TLB's backhoe arm can manage—essential for deep sewer lines or steep batter slopes.
Specialized Attachments: Operate heavy-duty hydraulic attachments like rock breakers/hammers, grapple buckets, or augers for drilling large-diameter holes (tasks that are too powerful for a TLB's auxiliary hydraulics).
Truck Spotting & Loading: Work in tandem with tipper drivers, signaling them to reverse into the optimal loading position and efficiently loading each truck in 3–4 cycles to achieve target cycle times.
Batter/Bench Cutting: Cut precise, stable slopes (benches and batters) on high walls and embankments, using the boom's long reach to trim from a safe distance below the toe of the slope.
