Available Entry-Level Project Jobs in Zambia

We invite applications for the following full-time roles, each designed to build practical skills and support community development:

• Community Mobilisation Assistant

  • Promote the Digital Literacy Project within local communities
  • Mobilise and recruit eligible participants
  • Follow up with interested individuals
  • Support outreach and awareness campaigns
  • Maintain mobilisation records
• Learner Support Assistant

  • Engage with registered participants and address programme-related enquiries
  • Encourage active participation and course completion
  • Send reminders and programme updates
  • Assist learners in accessing available digital learning opportunities
• Data & Monitoring Assistant

  • Support collection and organisation of participant data
  • Assist with attendance tracking and feedback surveys
  • Update programme records and databases
  • Support monitoring and reporting activities
• Social Media & Digital Engagement Assistant

  • Promote project activities through online platforms
  • Assist with social media campaigns and content scheduling
  • Respond to enquiries via approved channels
  • Track online engagement and campaign performance
• Project Administration Assistant

  • Provide administrative support to the project team
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and record keeping

  • Respond to participant enquiries and account access challenges
