Engineering Coordinator

JM Turnkey Construction Limited is seeking a Zambian Engineering Coordinator who can support coordination between our Chinese project team and local employees. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of simple Chinese and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support communication between Chinese Project Managers and local employees
• Prepare and communicate daily construction task lists
• Follow up on project progress, quality issues, and outstanding work
• Assist with daily reports, meeting notes, and action lists
• Collect site photographs and relevant construction information
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams
• Assist with material and delivery follow-up
• Participate in site inspections and other project management activities

Requirements

• Must be a Zambian graduate who studied in China

• Preferably studied in one of the following:

  • Civil Engineering
  • Construction Management

  (Other construction-related engineering/programs may be considered)

• Ability to understand and communicate simple Chinese (preferred)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Willingness to work on project sites and support day-to-day activities.
