Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to promote our endoscopy and minimally invasive surgery solutions, including Laparoscopy, Urology, Gynecology, Gastroenterology, and ENT.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities with hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare institutions.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Identify tenders and new healthcare projects.
• Achieve sales targets and submit regular reports.

Qualifications

• Priority given to Scrub Nurses / Operating Theatre Nurses with surgical experience and an interest in medical equipment sales.
• Alternatively, a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in endoscopy, surgical equipment, or medical sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel across Zambia.
