Job Summary

• Join our Employability team and play a key role in helping learners successfully transition into the job market.
• You'll work closely with clients to optimize CVs and LinkedIn profiles, manage tailored job applications, identify relevant career opportunities, and support interview preparation.
• You'll also track application progress and provide guidance throughout the job search process to ensure learners remain engaged and competitive.
• Success in this role means helping candidates present themselves effectively, secure interview opportunities, and progress confidently toward their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with learners to optimize CVs and LinkedIn profiles.
• Manage tailored job applications on behalf of learners.
• Identify relevant career and employment opportunities.
• Support learners with interview preparation.
• Track application progress throughout the job search process.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure learners remain engaged and competitive.
• Help candidates present themselves effectively to prospective employers.
• Support learners in securing interview opportunities.
• Contribute to helping learners progress confidently toward their career goals.
