Early Childhood Education Teachers

Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers plan and implement programs that support the intellectual, physical, and social development of children, typically between the ages of 3 and 5 years.

Core Teaching & Developmental Responsibilities:

Develop Child-Care Programs:

Create and implement programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Plan Engaging Activities:

Lead activities such as storytelling, teaching songs, providing creative arts opportunities, and taking children on local excursions.

Assess & Support Individual Needs:

Observe children to assess their abilities, interests, and needs, and discuss their progress with parents and other staff members.

Foster Essential Habits:

Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toileting habits.

Promote Personal Development:

Encourage children to express themselves creatively through art, music, and dramatic play.

Requirements:

• Valid TCZ License (Mandatory)
• Diploma or Degree in Education
• Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners
