We provide practical and technically sound advisory services across multiple sectors, including mining, infrastructure, energy, and agriculture. We are currently looking for a versatile and highly professional individual to fill the dual role of Driver / Logistics Assistant to join our operations team in Solwezi.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport company staff, consultants, and equipment to various project sites and locations.
Manage daily outbound/inbound shipment orders, scheduling, and routing to ensure efficient transport and delivery.
Maintain company vehicles in excellent working condition and perform routine inspections.
Prepare and verify logistics documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations.
Maintain accurate logs of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and inventory stock levels.
Ensure full compliance with all Zambian road traffic regulations and logistics protocols.
Assist with mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel, equipment and materials for field assignments.
Exercise appropriate journey-management controls, particularly for long-distance and mine-site travel.
Perform other reasonable driving, logistics and operational support duties assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements
Must possess a valid Zambian driving license with a clean driving record.
Certificate in Logistics, Transport Management or related fields.
Proven experience in both corporate driving and logistics or warehouse operations.
Strong knowledge of Solwezi routes and Zambian logistics regulations.
High level of integrity, punctuality, and excellent communication skills.
Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and proficiency in inventory management systems.
