As part of the commencement of a new project in North-Western and Copperbelt Province, we invite suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following positions:
Job Purpose
To safely transport employees, equipment, and materials while supporting efficient drilling operations at project sites.
Main Duties
- Operate light vehicles and buses in compliance with company and site regulations.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and pre-start checks.
- Report accidents, incidents, and mechanical defects promptly.
- Safely transport employees to and from drill sites.
- Ensure assigned vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and operationally ready.
- Comply with all traffic regulations and company transportation policies.
- Transport approved materials with appropriate documentation.
- Escort contractors and visitors where required.
- Support housekeeping and environmental compliance activities.
Skills & Knowledge Required
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Valid PSV and Class C or CE Driver's Licence.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience driving in mining or remote-site environments.
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Defensive driving certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment medical examination
