As part of the commencement of a new project in North-Western and Copperbelt Province, we invite suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following positions:

1. Drill Supervisor (02 Positions)

Job Purpose

To provide effective on-site safety leadership while ensuring optimal production from assigned drill rigs through supervision, coaching, and operational management.

Main Duties

• Provide day-to-day safety leadership and ensure compliance with all HSE, legislative, and company requirements.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Identify training needs and ensure implementation of approved training plans.
• Monitor training standards and provide timely feedback to management.
• Supervise drilling operations to achieve production targets safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance activities and reporting requirements are completed within stipulated timelines.
• Monitor crew performance and enforce operational standards.

Skills & Knowledge Required

• Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 4 years' hands-on drilling experience (excluding offsiding) across various drilling techniques, including RC, Diamond, RAB, and Water Bore Drilling.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Drill Supervisor role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage diverse drill crews. Must successfully pass a pre-employment medical examination.
