DOSH Solution Limited, a financial services company, is inviting applications for Direct Sales Agents.
Number of Positions: 2 Location: COMESA Market, Lusaka Basis: Commission Based
Your Role
- Market DOSH Solutions loan products and services.
- Identify and recruit new customers.
- Visit markets, businesses, and institutions to generate quality leads.
- Assist customers with loan applications and required documentation.
- Educate customers on responsible borrowing.
- Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve agreed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Banking, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, banking, insurance, or microfinance is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, honest, professional, and willing to work in the field.
