Responsibilities or duties

• Market DOSH Solutions loan products and services.
• Identify and recruit new customers.
• Visit markets, businesses, and institutions to generate quality leads.
• Assist customers with loan applications and required documentation.
• Educate customers on responsible borrowing.
• Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Banking, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, banking, insurance, or microfinance is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, honest, professional, and willing to work in the field.
