Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell travel insurance and individual life policies via digital platforms.
• Generate quality leads through social media, email campaigns, and other online channels.
• Engage with clients virtually to understand their insurance needs and offer customized solutions.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Uphold the ZSIC Life brand by demonstrating professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum age of 23 years.
• At least a Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma or Degree in a business-related discipline; insurance qualifications are advantageous.
• Police Clearance Certificate issued within the last six months and no criminal convictions.
• Proficient in English with a smart and presentable appearance.
• Own a smartphone and possess strong ICT, social media, and digital skills.
• Valid National Registration Card (NRC).
• Registered TPIN with the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA).
