As part of the commencement of a new project in North-Western and Copperbelt Province, we invite suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following positions:

2. Diamond Driller (03 Positions)

Job Purpose

To achieve optimal production from assigned drill rigs through safe, efficient, and professional drilling operations.

Main Duties

• Conduct drilling operations in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
• Operate diamond and RC drill rigs safely and efficiently.
• Train and mentor national drilling crews.
• Apply industry best practices and drilling techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE requirements and site-specific procedures.
• Conduct daily inspections, maintenance checks, and equipment servicing.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with mechanical repairs as required.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.

Skills & Knowledge Required

• Minimum of 4 years' drilling experience (excluding off-siding).
• Proven experience in RC exploration, grade control, and diamond drilling. Experience operating booster and auxiliary equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of drill rig operation, truck mechanics, land cruiser mechanics, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent safety awareness and commitment to operational excellence.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment medical examination.
