Role Description

Our Route Management Internship Programme offers exciting opportunities in Lusaka and Ndola for non-graduates between the age of 18 and 25. The programme gives you the chance to gain practical work experience across multiple business functions, including Administration, Parts sales representative, Internal sales representative, Store keeper, Receiving clerk, Parts picker and packer, Dispatch clerk, Stock controller, Estimator and general business support.

You'll provide operational support through tasks like filing, data entry, scheduling and assisting departmental activities, while shadowing staff, participating in workflows, attending trainings and learning company policies. Maintaining a professional attitude, contributing actively to the team, supporting community projects and keeping accurate records are all part of the role.

Through the programme, you'll gain hands-on experience, explore career paths, receive mentorship, training, a monthly salary and the chance to transition into a permanent role and launch your career.

Role Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate. Current Grade 12 learners are however encouraged to apply with their latest grade 12 results for the following year.
• Must be between the ages of 18 and 22.
• The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships, and work in a team.
• Sound communication and language skills.
• Strong numerical ability (Mathematics and Accounting will be advantageous).
