Job Description

Kalulu Delivery is looking for young, reliable, energetic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Part-Time Delivery Riders. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to earn an extra income through flexible delivery work while being part of a professional and active team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver food, parcels and customer orders safely and on time.
• Handle customer orders responsibly and ensure they reach the correct customer.
• Follow delivery instructions and company procedures at all times.
• Promote Kalulu Delivery’s services.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with customers and the Kalulu Delivery team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to ride a bicycle or motorbike.
• Good knowledge of Mufulira and surrounding areas.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Able to work independently and take initiative responsibly.
• Honest, reliable and presentable.
• Good communication skills.
• Must have a smartphone.
• Valid licence (for motorbike riders).

NOTE

Bicycle Riders: May use their own bicycle or bicycles provided by Kalulu Delivery.

Motorbike Riders: Must provide their own motorbike, a valid riding licence and the necessary documentation that may be required.

This is a commission-based position.
