JOB SUMMARY

Accurately capture and update vehicle inspection data in the system. Ensure all data is complete, accurate and verified to support vehicle inspection.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Diploma or Degree in ICT / Mathematics / Statistics.
• Any related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year work experience with a reputable organization.

KEY DUTIES

• Capture and update vehicle inspection data.
• Generate and issue inspection documents and reports.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, documents and photos.
• Follow company data management and quality procedures.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Internet.
• Data entry proficiency and good typing speed.
• Knowledge of database and information management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork.
