Data Entry Clerk

For immediate hire, our client, a regenerative agriculture company based in Mkushi, Zambia seeks to fill the following positions:

POSITION 1: Experienced Carpenter with a minimum of 10 years of experience

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Data Entry & Financial Processing:

• Accurately post daily purchase invoices into Pastel Sage 200.
• Record farm production, inventory transfers, and stock movement data into the accounting database.

Reconciliation & Verification:

• Cross-check source documents (delivery notes, invoices, receipts) against purchase orders
• Assist in routine supplier statement reconciliations

Documentation & Filing:

• Organize, scan, and maintain physical and digital filing systems for all financial documentation to ensure audit readiness.

Reporting & General Support:

• Assist the accounting team with month-end closing preparations and administrative duties.

Qualifications :

• Full Grade 12 certificate
• Degree or diploma
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of Pastel Sage 200 will be an added advantage
