Data Analyst

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in data analysis or business analytics, preferably in a data-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear business insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases and data systems.
• Experience with data visualisation and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Redash, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, validation, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
• Ability to analyse operational and business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, analyse, and interpret data from CRM systems and external databases to support business projects.
• Prepare accurate reports and provide actionable insights to improve product and operational performance.
• Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports using Power BI, Redash, or similar tools.
• Analyse sales, debt collection, and operational performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct data-driven analysis and A/B testing to evaluate processes, products, and business initiatives.
• Validate and reconcile data across systems to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Support teams with technical and data-related challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to business stakeholders.

• Additional data analytics certifications, coursework, or practical training would be advantageous.
