Dairy Production Assistant

Coffeeberry Café is looking for two hardworking and reliable Dairy Production Assistants to join our team.

Responsibilities or duties

• Assisting with the production of ice cream, cheese, cream and other dairy products.
• Handling and processing fresh milk.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
• Assisting with general production tasks as required.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy milk pails and equipment.
• Able to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.

Experience needed

• Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is an advantage.
• Experience in cheese making or dairy production is highly desirable, but not essential.
