The role of a Crane Operator is critical in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery on construction sites. Operators are responsible for lifting and moving materials, equipment, and other heavy loads according to project plans and safety regulations. This position requires a high degree of skill, precision, and adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure project timelines are met.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cranes with a capacity of 300T and above safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on crane equipment.
• Read and interpret load charts, schematics, and work orders.
• Communicate effectively with ground personnel and other team members.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating cranes of 300T and above.
• Valid crane operator certification.
• Knowledge of crane mechanics and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
