Country General Manager

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years' senior leadership experience in technology, manufacturing, operations, distribution, or commercial management.
• Proven experience leading business growth, market expansion, and organisational transformation.
• Strong background in strategic planning, operational management, and business performance.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and profitability.
• Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and develop high-performing organisations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, procurement, and operational processes.
• Experience building strategic partnerships and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall management of the business.
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
• Drive commercial development through customer acquisition, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
• Oversee operational performance, manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and service delivery.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and operational KPIs.
• Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, business partners, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure operational efficiency, business sustainability, and compliance with company policies.
• Represent the organisation at executive meetings, industry forums, and stakeholder engagements.
• Drive innovation, process improvements, and business transformation initiatives.
• Provide regular business performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
