About the Content Creator & Manager Role

As the Content Creator & Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive digital content strategy. Your work will span social media channels, video production, photography, website content, and other communication platforms to enhance our church’s online presence and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and implement digital content strategies across social media, video, and web platforms.
• Create engaging short-form video content and compelling visual storytelling.
• Coordinate photography and video production to support church events and messaging.
• Utilize social media scheduling and analytics tools to optimize content performance.
• Maintain brand consistency and strong visual communication standards.
• Support livestreaming and audio-for-video initiatives where applicable.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media management, communications, graphic design, and video editing.
• Strong understanding of current social media platforms and digital trends.
• Proficiency with content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
• Experience producing short-form video content.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics software.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Passion for storytelling and effectively communicating the church’s message through digital channels.
• Experience with livestreaming and audio-for-video production is an advantage.
