First Alliance Bank is looking for a qualified and experienced professional to join its team as a Compliance Analyst.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management or a related field.
• Professional certification in compliance, AML/CFT, financial crime, audit or risk management (e.g., CAMS, ICA, CFE or equivalent) is an advantage.

Professional Experience

• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in banking.
• Practical knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to commercial banking in Zambia.
• Experience in compliance monitoring, KYC/CDD, transaction monitoring, regulatory reporting/regulatory remediation.
