Role Overview

To lead and drive the commercial performance of the company by developing and executing sales, marketing, and business development strategies. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for maximizing revenue, expanding market share, building strategic client relationships, and ensuring the profitable growth of the company’s real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and land sales
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to meet set targets
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage key accounts
• Oversee branding, advertising, digital marketing, and property promotions
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for Management
• Ensure excellent customer service and client experience throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field, MBA is an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, with at least 2 years in a managerial/leadership role
• Proven track record in real estate sales and property marketing
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with digital marketing, and property portals is an advantage
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
