Provide ongoing clinical mentoring to less-experienced HIV and TB clinical providers through on-site training, consultation on complex cases, and assistance in case management.
Conduct assessments of clinicians to record the progress of their training and identify areas for improvement.
Provide clinical consultations to physicians, assisting them with direct patient care and problem-solving.
Conduct didactic training sessions to groups of health professionals on HIV/TB management according to national guidelines.
Assist in the development and revision of standard operating procedures for HIV/TB clinical care at treatment sites.
Submit monthly reports on training and technical assistance activities, including findings and recommendations for strengthening services.

Relevant Grade 12 School Certificate
Relevant Diploma, Degree, or Professional Qualification for the position applied for
Valid registration and practising licence with the relevant professional body (where applicable)
Relevant work experience as specified for the position
Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and computer skills
ZAQA-verified academic qualifications will be an added advantage
