Responsibilities

• Manage a specific kitchen section (e.g., Grill, Pastry, Sauté, Cold).
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes within that section.
• Supervise and train Commis Chefs assigned to the section.
• Ensure section cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with other sections to ensure seamless service.
