Maison Prive Apartments is inviting applications from suitably qualified, motivated, and service-oriented individuals to fill various positions at our fully serviced accommodation facility in Nakonde.

We are looking for professionals who are passionate about hospitality, customer service, teamwork, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

8. Chefs

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food preparation, presentation, kitchen hygiene, and food safety.
• Ability to prepare a variety of meals consistently and work under pressure.
• Creativity, discipline, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to the establishment’s menu and standards.
• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Ensure proper food storage and kitchen hygiene.
• Monitor kitchen stock and minimise food wastage.
• Follow food safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS

• Must be honest, reliable, disciplined, and professional.
• Must demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be customer-focused and committed to quality service.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays where required.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet operational expectations.
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
