Chef

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team.

Requirements:

• Must reside within Ibex Hill or within commutable distance.
• Must have proven experience as a Chef/ Cook in a restaurant, café, hotel, or similar establishment
• Must be able to prepare a wide variety of meals, including:

  • Breakfast meals
  • Main meals
  • Fast food / café-style meals
  • Desserts
  • Pastries and baked items
• Must have good knowledge of food preparation, plating, and kitchen hygiene standards
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be creative, organized, and able to maintain consistency in food quality
• Must be able to manage stock, portion control, and kitchen cleanliness
• Must be punctual, hardworking, and able to follow restaurant standards
