We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and hardworking individuals to join our team.
(1) CASHIERS & BAR SERVICE TEAM (×3)
2 YEARS & ABOVE EXPERIENCE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet guests warmly and take orders accurately at the counter/POS station.
Handle guest complaints and make sure that bills are presented professionally.
Handle cash, cards, Mobile Money, and other payment methods.
Do cash ups at the start and end of the shift and balance the till.
Coordinate with waiters and be part of the service team.
Ensure service and order coordination is smooth.
Report any discrepancies to the manager immediately.
Be flexible to work on holidays as this is a demanding role.
Must have 2 years plus and with a hospitality background.
Must be good with service and waitron services.
Grade 12 certificate and tertiary qualified in hotel management.
