Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily camp/lodge operations.
Lead, train and develop staff to maintain high service standards.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and personalised service.
Oversee housekeeping, maintenance and overall presentation of the camp.
Manage stock control, ordering and regular stock takes.
Oversee meal service, guest check-ins and check-outs.
Maintain effective communication and positive working relationships.
Handle staff discipline, performance and day-to-day supervision.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years’ relevant hospitality experience.
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a lodge, hotel or similar environment.
Strong food and beverage knowledge.
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for service excellence.
Understanding of stock control and basic financial administration.
Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance procedures.
A valid driver’s licence.
Hotel or hospitality qualification will be an added advantage.
