Call Center Agent

WE ARE LOOKING FOR ENERGETIC Fresh graduates who are willing to gain industrial experience to fill the position of Call Centre Intern on a part-time basis to be based in Lusaka.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma or certificate in any social science field
• Excellent communication skills - both English and any local language are an added advantage
• Self-motivated, professional, and willing to learn.

DUTIES

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and Order confirmation
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
