1. Business Development / Marketing Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the DOSH brand.
- Generate new business opportunities and quality loan applications.
- Build and maintain relationships with marketeers, business owners, civil servants, and community partners.
- Conduct field marketing, customer engagement activities, and field based promotions.
- Organise financial literacy campaigns and community outreach programmes.
- Manage digital platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
- Create professional marketing content (photos, videos, and promotional materials).
- Monitor customer feedback and market trends to improve products and services.
- Support customer retention and reactivation campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Sales, Banking, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, banking, insurance, FMCG, telecommunications, or financial services.
- A valid driver's licence is an added advantage.
