BRIDGECROSS INVESTMENTS LIMITED is seeking Bus Attendants.

Responsibilities or duties

• Welcoming and greeting passengers during on boarding and directing them to assigned seats
• Providing information to passengers on route and trip schedules as required
• Maintain workspace hygiene by adhering to health and safety regulations
• Preparation of required bus trip documentation to ensure accurate passenger information is used before onboarding.
• Perform such other duties as assigned

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Zambian citizens aged between 22 - 30 years
• Mature, honest, disciplined, flexible, multi tasked
• Good customer service
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to their work
• Numerate with ability to read and write.

Experience needed

• Proven experience in customer service/sales/marketing or similar field will be added advantage
