Branch Coordinator Role – Key Responsibilities

• Manage all branch operations and administrative functions efficiently.
• Drive sales initiatives and support business development efforts.
• Oversee loan processing, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Monitor loan repayments and coordinate collection activities.
• Supervise branch staff and evaluate employee performance.
• Prepare operational reports and conduct branch performance analysis.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Implement risk management strategies and internal controls.
• Maintain clear communication channels and provide management support.

Branch Coordinator – Qualifications and Requirements

• Applicants must reside in the town where the position is based (Solwezi or Mpongwe).
• Experience in a similar role within microfinance or financial services is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and supervisory skills are essential.
• Capability to monitor branch performance and coordinate daily operations effectively.
