FULL-TIME BOARDING MATRON (1)
Age: 30 to 50 years
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising learners in the boarding house and ensuring their safety at all times
Maintaining discipline, order, and proper conduct in dormitories
Monitoring learners’ daily routine, including prep time, meals, and rest periods
Providing guidance and care, and escalating any issues or concerns to school management
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Boarding Matron with traceable references
Strong communication and leadership skills
Must be honest, responsible, and hardworking
