Available Board Member Positions in Livingstone
We are looking to appoint three (3) additional Board Members with expertise in the following areas:
- Grant Management & Resource Mobilization (1 Position)
Candidates should have proven experience in grant proposal writing, donor engagement, compliance, and reporting. Expertise in fundraising strategies, identifying funding opportunities from local and international donors, and building strategic partnerships is essential. The role also involves advising on income diversification and supporting the Foundation’s financial sustainability and institutional growth. - Legal Expert (1 Position)
The ideal candidate will possess a legal qualification with relevant experience in non-profit governance and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, policies, and governance documents, and providing strategic legal guidance to the Board. - Human Resources Expert (1 Position)
Candidates should have strong experience in human resource management, organizational development, performance management systems, and HR policy implementation. The role includes overseeing talent management, staff welfare, labour relations, and providing governance-level human resource oversight.
