We are seeking experienced, committed, and results-driven professionals to join our team as Beef Manager, Dairy Manager, and Poultry Manager. These roles are responsible for overseeing daily farm operations, animal welfare, and farm staff.
Important Notes
Applicants must be 40 years or older and willing to commit to long-term rural living and work.
Best suited to individuals who have lived in villages or worked on farms with extensive livestock experience.
The farm is located in a remote rural area with limited network connectivity and minimal amenities.
Only serious applicants who are able to adapt to rural hardship conditions should apply.
1. Beef Manager
Key Responsibilities
Oversee beef cattle operations.
Manage cattle health, nutrition, and welfare.
Maintain accurate herd records.
Improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
7–10 years of commercial beef farming experience.
Knowledge of cattle breeding and pasture management.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Previous experience working in remote rural environments.
2. Dairy Manager
Key Responsibilities
Oversee dairy farm operations and milking activities.
Manage herd health, nutrition, and welfare.
Ensure milk quality and production standards are maintained.
Supervise and manage farm staff.
Maintain accurate dairy production and herd records.
Improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of dairy management experience.
Strong knowledge of dairy nutrition and breeding.
Leadership and reporting skills.
Willingness to live on-site.
3. Poultry Manager
Key Responsibilities
Oversee commercial poultry operations.
Ensure poultry health, nutrition, welfare, and biosecurity.
Supervise and manage farm staff.
Maintain accurate production and financial records.
Improve operational efficiency and sustainability.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial layer operations.
Experience managing 10,000+ layer birds.
Strong knowledge of poultry production.
Excellent leadership and reporting skills.
Willingness to live on-site.
