2 YEARS & ABOVE EXPERIENCE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails and beverages.
Know wines, spirits, and other alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks.
Able to craft own beverage special menus and signature drinks.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and proper stock rotation.
Engage with guests and provide excellent service.
Manage bar inventory and report shortages.
Ensure compliance with safety and licensing regulations.
Must have 2 years plus experience in bar service or mixology.
