Bakery Manager and Master Baker

Are you a passionate baker with exceptional skills and a flair for management? We're looking for a hands-on leader who can bake to perfection and run the show.

What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise in baking: You must be highly skilled in preparing a variety of baked goods — from breads and pastries to cakes and cookies.
• Experience that speaks volumes: We’re seeking someone with a proven track record in professional baking, preferably in a commercial or artisanal setting.
• Leadership ability: You’ll be responsible for managing daily bakery operations, inventory, hygiene standards, and possibly a small team.
• someone who is passionate about food.
• Creativity & consistency: We value innovation, but consistency in quality is key.

Your Role:

• Bake fresh, high-quality products daily
• Oversee bakery operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings
• Manage supplies and coordinate with vendors

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on baking and kitchen experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work early mornings and weekends
• Passion for baking and customer satisfaction
