A reputable and well-established Audit Firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit Manager to join its professional team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional audit services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple audit engagements from planning through to completion.
• Ensure full compliance with ISA, IFRS, and the firm’s internal methodology.
• Review audit working papers, financial statements, and final reports.
• Provide technical guidance on complex audit and accounting matters.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit teams to ensure high-quality performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and offer value-adding insights.
• Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Contribute to business development and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Full professional qualification: ACCA, CA, CPA, or ZICA.
• 5–7 years audit experience, with at least 2 years at supervisory or managerial level.
• In-depth knowledge of ISA, IFRS, and auditing best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.
