Assistant Manager Accounts Payable

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations for our South African entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations.
• Handle vendor invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Manage foreign vendor transactions and intercompany reconciliations.
• Oversee month-end closing activities and AP reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• CA Required. / US CMA
• Experienced in Accounts Payable / Finance.
• Experience in international accounting and foreign vendor management preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Understanding of foreign currency transactions and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
