Responsibilities or duties
Source new clients through field marketing and referrals
Conduct client appraisals, business visits, and data collection
Prepare loan applications and ensure proper documentation
Support loan disbursements and follow up on repayments
Assist with collections and maintain accurate client records
Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications or requirements
Certificate/Diploma in Business, Banking, Finance, or related field
Good numeracy and computer skills
Self-motivated, outgoing, and able to work in the field
Integrity and ability to meet targets
Experience needed
1-2 years experience in lending, sales, or customer service is an advantage
Any other provided details
Valid driver’s license. Own transport is an added advantage
