Air Conditioning (AC) Technician

key Responsibilities:

1. Install, inspect and repair air conditioning throughout the Hotel
2. Carry out routine preventive maintenance on ducted system, cold rooms and HVAC equipment.
3. Digonose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in air conditioning systems.
4. Monitoring cooling performance, temperature controls, refrigerant levels and system efficiency.
5. Respond promptly to AC breakdown and Guest room maintenance request.
6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, equipment inspections and

Requirements:

1. Diploma/ Certificate or relevant technical qualification in refrigeration and Air conditioning.
2. Proven Experience as Ac Technician
3. Practical Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, HVAC controls and ventilation systems.
4. Good problem solving, communication and teamwork skills
