Responsibilities
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee budget preparation and monitor financial performance against forecasts.
Ensure compliance with all statutory tax regulations (VAT, PAYE, Corporation Tax).
Manage cash flow and bank reconciliations.
Supervise the finance team and implement internal control policies.
