As an Account Executive at LodgeDesk, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base within the hospitality sector. This full-time position operates on a hybrid work model based in Zambia, allowing for a flexible and balanced work environment. You will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, managing the sales pipeline, and delivering compelling product demonstrations to hotel and lodge owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients within the hospitality industry
• Conduct outbound calls and schedule product demonstrations
• Qualify leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Follow up with prospects to build and nurture strong client relationships
• Effectively present LodgeDesk’s value proposition to hotel and lodge owners
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using company tools
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers

Candidate Requirements

• Open to all genders; must be a Zambian citizen
• Ownership of a laptop is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Resourceful, organized, and self-motivated
• Previous experience in sales is required
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
